I must admit I agree, but that doesn't change the fact that Taco is not a Rayman character.

He was on the Wikipedia page about RAYMAN, in the CHARACTERS section. Therefore, he's a Rayman Character.

And since Heckler appears in a Rayman forum, he is probably a Rayman character, so he should be allowed to have his pic as a rank.
