Or you're confusing with:

1 - The Sega 32X canceled port of Rayman 1.
2 - The Sega Saturn canceled Rayman 2 back when it was still using the Rayman 1 2D engine.

There is a possibility that a Pirated Sega Genesis rom of Rayman exist named Rayman 2. There are many pirated roms on 8bit and 16bit consoles, so maybe she was referring to that.

I believe the base versions are PS1, PS2, N64, DC, PC and the GBC version, all other versions are merely modified ports or rereleases.

When I was little (like 3 years old), my sisters had Rayman 2 on their PC. And every time a Henchman woke up, it scare me and I would take cover

Hm, I just thought it was a texture to represent the closed eye, that wasn't done right, by the look.

I think the transparency for the eye patch and the earring was messed up for both in this one shot, for some reason, as I don't recall any other Robo-Pirates having this problem.

Then again, this is the only time I can remember seeing a sleeping pirate close up, it could be that the others share the problem, but are far away enough when they sleep, that we cannot see it.

He was like that, frozen, until I got close enough for him to suddenly be completely upright. Also, I didn't know Purple Henchman had orange hooks! I thought there were only silver or golden ones. Maybe something new to add to the Wiki?

Also, apparently sleeping Pirates really don't give a fuck. Would anyone care for some really-close-ups?

Ah, the Walk command in Rayman 2. It's even better than the Sneak move in most current-gen games!

Heh, I ought to screw around with the walking command more often if it can yield that degree of close-up, and yup, it seems that it is the case after all.

I also tried strafe-walking in fights, walk-falling from ledges and walk-climbing the spider's webs just before that Patched door in the Fairy Glade just for fun. Let me tell you it adds a whole new degree of difficulty to the game!

Hm, it sounds even worse than Rulez's no upgrade run on Revolution.

Oh, my, that's a glorious idea! I was disappointed with the speed at which you at some point mash through heaps of Pirates. That should solve things!
