I must accept that the Wii U is a pretty polemic console... but I find it pretty awesome
I had to show the video, found it hilarious.
I'm really excited for RL though, it will definetly make me not regret my decision of getting a wii-U

I can agree on the note that it's definitely not all bad and has some good games, but I have to disagree quite loudly on the point that kid tried to make about 'trying to be different' instead of 'more of the same.' Those are the words of a Nintendo fanboy.

Yeah, I agree. Most of the animation gives the message of "It's not THAT bad if you love Nintendo" instead of "Come on, try it, it has potential and it's pretty good", which is my actual opinion of the console.

It's amazing how quickly judged the Wii U actually was. Fast after it was first released people were already bashing it... I will argue that if the Wii U had a Sony logo on it people would act like it is the first step to futuristic technology.

The wii-U does indeed have potential, I can definetly agree with Sergio, it depends on the way though that these companies of the sort decide how they will utilize it in there game and such, and Nintendo and Ubisoft so far seem to be using it greatly for what it should be used, making me hope these implemented features happen in future games of the sort.

I think its pretty interesting the interaction between the TV screen and the GamePad screen. Everybody must have experienced at a point of willing to play a console but the TV wasn't available.

Though it is a shame you can't go far with the pad, it can disconnect quite easily from far distances (I'm talking about like moving to another room, or in your bathroom for taking a crap or what not.)
However I can see Nintendo or other companies putting damn good use of this feature with future games.
Hope I'm not the only one here really desperate to see a F-Zero for the wii-U.

I can also see perfectly Nintendo using the Gamepad's gyroscope for Mario Kart, and adding something new in the screen.

I would love to see a new Mario kart, no doubt. The wii-U seems like it would be great for these racing games.
It does dissapoint me a little bit to say, Rayman Legends really didn't excite me a lot when it was first announced, it is the first Rayman game announced that I wasn't exactly extremely excited to see, not sure why, however it still looks like a great game nonetheless, I'm pretty excited to play it February. On (hopefully) launch day here in America!

When Rayman Origins was announced for the first time, it left me with the feeling of "OH JESUS, LOOK AT THIS ARTSTYLE, I ONLY PLAYED RAYMAN RAVING RABBIDS BUT I MUST HAVE THIS SADFASFA"... then I played every single Rayman game just to relate with the "origins" of the characters (which at the very end was pointless, because the whole thing was scrapped).
Rayman Legends, in the other hand, left me with the feeling of "Oh... they're making another one?... it's pretty soon, but I enjoyed Rayman Origins so... ok, bring more, I can't complain, I guess".
Rayman Origins may not be the best Rayman game, but it surely is the best 2d platformer I've seen in years, and I think that's why Origins was so successful with the audience. I can see Legends as a successful game.

There have been rumours of a new F-Zero game for the new generation, I can't wait. <3

Mario Kart 7 kinda disappointed me (I mean... like... really, Sonic All-Stars Racing Transformed is better). In my opinion it would be smarter from Nintendo if they actually released a new F-Zero.

I was looking at a Finnish electronics store's website and it lists a Wii U game called "F-Zero". There is also "SSX". No other information exists on these. Could it be true or just a mistake?

O. I only ever played SSX 3 and kinda pretty damn enjoyed it. What did they come up with? I had no idea.

Same here, MK7 was a bit under my expectations. My favourite Mario Kart so far is the DS one, it had a great longevity in Single-Player mode.
