Guys, it'd be great if for every SOTM (from the next one on) someone could come up with a themed banner to put in the portal slider. Hopefully it'd attract more participants.

Sounds like quite the idea! I wouldn't mind doing one myself unless anyone else is more eager to do so.

I can ask Matyuv for the PSD so that the font and style stay the same.

Would it not be easier to ask for the font file?

Maybe, the effects must not be too hard to reproduce I guess.

Also the poll is up. Maybe combining the two themes wasn't so great after all. :S But otherwise let's think about a theme which more people would participate in.

Sorry for not participating in this, my laptop is being fixed, and this one I'm using now is old and doesn't have anything on it but Paint.

Oh no this is usually when we decide on possible themes, so that we can set up the next theme poll a short while after this poll finishes.

As for the next theme the current suggestions we have are :
- Retro
- Disney
- (Fav) Musicians

Also don't forget that we have the theme box that is rather empty, so if you think a theme is deserving to always be on these polls then by all means suggest it (since that's the point of the theme box).

I'm going to vote retro, since enough disney movies fit here anyways. for dropbox shouldn't rayman be in there?

I put Rayman in there (Theme box I mean, assuming that's what you meant by "dropbox") by default since it'd of been a fairly obvious choice.
