I don't even no what that is. Hmm, I'm drawing a blank so how about favorite musician?

You have until April 24th to submit your sigs. What i'm looking for is sigs that show off some sort of super power, which doesn't necessarily have to be related to Super Heroes/Villians. That being said I will not accept sigs that are just of a Super Hero/Villain as this theme obviously isn't Super Heroes or Villains, they need to show off one of their super powers in some shape or form in the sig to be viable.

Hmm, this is going to be interesting indeed, I'll see what I can think of.

Question: can we reference the DC and Marvel universes?

You can have whoever you want in it, but again if it's just DC and Marvel characters doing anything besides showing off their powers I won't allow it.

EDIT: To try and describe an example take the Hulk; if he's just posing in the sig that'd be a no no, however if he was smashing something that'd be showing off a super power (i.e. his super strength) and hence would be allowed.
