While I can't speak for Serza, I think OCG's sig got accepted because it referenced PSY's Gentleman song. "Gentleman" being the core phrase here. I'm assuming the issue with yours is that you've gone too far with that tangent to the point where it loses all relevancy to the theme of "Gentleman."

Pretty much this. PSY's "Gentleman" is obviously a song about being a Gentleman and so it fits with the theme of Gentleman. Ray PSY doing Gangnam style however is clearly not referencing the song "Gentleman", nor does Ray PSY hold any "Gentleman" features about him, so it doesn't fit the Gentleman theme.

EDIT : As for Imco's new sig; it's still hardly "Gentlemanly" as it's nothing more than just an added bowtie.
