So following my magnificent post on the music I listened to which, as usual, nobody cared about (yes, I'm aware I'm the one killing this community), I wanted to look at traditional russian illustrations and tries to mis it with my style.

So here is a bird :


And here is my take on it (bird only) : Now, to find the motivation to perform my actual job...

So beautiful... I don't know why this bird also reminds me of some Chinese illustrations.

Russia and China are neighbor countries after all. Maybe there is a common base of culture and if I had to guess it's the orange on red style.

But do the units check out? Is it 4×3×2×1 years or (4 years)×(3 years)×(2 years)×(1 year) = 24 years4? In the latter case I'm not sure if that would be a legal adult

Anyhoo, I forgot to ask how you got on in that art contest. You surely did an excellent job on your entry anyway!


Meanwhile, here's probably the first non-technical pencil drawing I've done since the pre-pandemic years. I sketched a fairy: Considered giving them large Tily-like wings, but decided against it for the moment. And I think I messed up the proportions, probably partly because I didn't get it all done in one sitting

Since Newgrounds is under maintenance and I cannot access my bojanSocial account at the moment, I've decided to share my unfinished artwork onto this forum for everyone to see.
This Pizza Tower fanart is inspired by both Final Escape, a Sonic.EXE song and Doise's Purgatory, an upcoming mod.
The currently armless guy's name is Darius Asmodeus, he's a protagonist in my hypothetical parody inspired by negativity towards the current decade and Running In The 90s called Running From The 20s in which I've designed a logo for it.

I didn't create The Croise, soomlarr (creator of Doise's Purgatory) did.
The final guy is my interpretation of Peddito as a living toxic friend and madman who's more of a reflection of The Noise.

I don't recognize the character, but I do like the background! I see what you mean about the perspective, but I probably wouldn't have noticed if you hadn't pointed it out

The way I see it, the ground and the character do not have the same perspective. Unless the floor is actually a slope, it is too incline to actually work. Also I need to work on my straight lines.

The character is Serenade.exe, by the way. The secret final boss of Megaman Battle Network 3, most powerful program in the world but always exudes some kind of serene grace. His fighting style is through defense and I always thought it was super cool


It was added as a secret boss in the Megaman X8 demake and it also gives awesome vibes.
