Ah, yes, the unique hit in air animation, almost as funny as the insta-death you can get if you're in the same spot a Pirate spawns in.

Ah, the special animations for combat in Revolution really got me. I discovered that animation too, but the most hilarious - and effective -, I thought, was the quick sidestep that Pirates do when you're close to them and shooting them. Dance, Pirates! Dance!

Ah, yes, I vaguely remember it, though I can't remember whereabouts.

I got them to dance in the Front, in that place where they infinitely spawn as you kill them.

Ah yes, near the entrance to the Fairy Glade, right?

I don't remember the Front all that well. All I have in my head is a roadmap to the Hall of Doors! xD

The Hall of Doors is certainly easier to remember than the Front, given its nature.

The zombie chicken in rayman 3 used to scare me so much when I was younger that I would close the tv and the xbox and I never played the game again for like 6 months after that.

Yeah I think I noticed that animation during my no-upgrade and almost-no-sleep run, and also mentioned it on my post. It's pretty cool, though it takes way too long for the fucker to stand up.

Is he invulnerable while the animation lasts? That's a tactical disadvantage for you, if you gotta get rid of 'em quickly.

Hm, a pity I don't own Revolution or a PS2 anymore, I'd love to experiment with this.

I wonder if Revolution Pirates can dodge the insta-kill Powder Keg throw.

If I remember correctly, yes.
The next time I'm at my father's, I gotta speedrun this shit again, still without upgrades, and best case scenario: without getting 13 try agains

Hey nigger, you try beating Revolution without getting any additional life or Magic Well upgrades. Especially the Tomb of the Motherfucking Ancients.

I wouldn't say they became allies, they just kind of just sent him on his way after proving to be a capable warrior, which is what I think their culture strives on.
