Just a warning beforehand, you can only do it once.
Just PM Humch with a request and explain why you want to change your name and what it is you wish to change to, he'll then get to it when he can and if he approves.

Why only once? Is the name changing system limited or Hunch simply can't be bothered to do favors to one person multiple times?

Neither, I simply don't want people to change usernames every now and then.

I believe so. I remember when I reported a message once, I got notified Master took care of it

A reported message will be highlighted to all the moderators, which we can then look at and sort out.
