It's not that one either. I feel like these clues aren't really revealing enough but I don't want to make it way too easy either. I was going to wait until 12 but since they're only small hints and it probably is really hard to narrow down, I'll give another.

Clue 12: This enemy is stationary but fires a projectile which harms the player on impact.

Clue 12A: Though contact with it will harm the player, the fired projectile doesn't specifically target the player and is similar to a timed event that can be avoided with good timing

Clue 12B: The projectile that comes from the enemy is actually more of an element than a projectile.

Still sort of close but still not it. I'll have to throw another hint your way to let you guess again as the 30th is in like 24 hours here and I'm not gonna hold Greeness up on starting Season 111
