Now do you see where your beloved ‘tolerance’ is leading our society?

Tolerance =/= condoning fetishes for overweight anthropomorphic animals

Just saying

What meaningful differences do you perceive between ‘tolerating’ fetishes for overweight anthropomorphic animals and ‘condoning’ fetishes for overweight anthropomorphic animals? Indifference is just as bad as acceptance; both allow these sick pracices to continue unabated.

Once you're aware of this particular grammatical fallacy, you can't imagine how you could have ever made the mistake before - it's that blatantly obvious.
I was tired when I wrote that and so I didn't notice it at the time. 'Tis probably my mild Dyslexia acting up too. I'll fix that right away.

Dyslexia is just bad spelling. Why do people feel the need to describe all of their shortcomings as medical conditions?

...Because it is a mental disability. And I don't really have bad spelling at all, it's more of the phrasing that I get confused with.

I meant tolerance in general as opposed to tolerance of that one thing. n.n

While I admit that there are people online who blame their bad grammar on dyslexia there are also people who genuinely have it. Kind of like autism.

Wait, there are people who blame things on Autism? That actually kind of offends me.:x Hard thing to do, I'm not easily offended.

Making spelling mistakes from time to time does not make you mentally disabled.

Tolerating deviant behaviour will encourage greater deviations. You can’t pick a specific practice to disapprove of and then tolerate all of the behavioural variations which lie between it and normalcy.

What is the difference and why should it matter?

...I have been diagnosed with a very mild Dyslexia. And I don't make spelling mistakes, I make grammatical errors, in which I end up not knowing how to phrase things and then usually end up getting called out on said things. I also think I may be starting to take this a bit too seriously. Chill Edd, calm yourself. Have some lemonade or something, I don't know. :|

Virtually everyone makes grammatical errors from time to time. I think it’s ridiculous to diagnose this as an illness.

Eh, I'm too tired to continue this argument. You can say what you want Spiral, but I know that I'm dyslexic. So, agree to disagree I guess.
Anyway, back on topic. Death to furries, they should all burn in a pit of fire and stuff.

Eh, I have to agree on Spiraldoor on the dyslexia argument. I mean, I have severe OCD, but I've never used it as a crutch before. On dyslexia though, I can't see how it is the cause of making those kinds of grammatical errors for two reasons: 1) that error is incredibly, incredibly common; 2) It's not even a bad one at all, and one certainly shouldn't need a disability to fall back on from it.

On the "tolerance" topic, he knows my schpeil very well, so I won't bother.

Finally caught up with that video and I hardly find it shocking to be honest (a more unwatchable video would be Chris Chan's inflatable anime love doll one, the one where he's actually naked and stuff), that's plushophilia and it isn't even strictly a furry thing as is adult baby/diaper lover and so forth. (yes I am aware he tagged it with furry but I can't even view the rest of his channel so who knows)

Just sayin.

Oui. Even Chris-Chan's actions weren't what made it so unwatchable to me, it's who he is in combination with that action.

Great, a zoophile card game now. I checked their website out of curiosity, and I felt really, really sorry for those people. The more I learn about furfags, the less I want to.

No wonder why I prefer to ignore this thread.
