It sounds interesting...I should really play Rayman 3 on my backwards compatible PS3 to see if there are any graphical errors there. There are tons on other games.
Woah, seriously? So you have to break the cage without using the throttle copter, and then the teensie will open up a secret room?PluMGMK wrote:There's a cage accessible via Throttle-Copter about half-way through the Desert of the Knaaren part 3, and the Teensie (Teensy?) awards a green gem. However, it is possible with a bit of skill to access this cage without the power-up. In the original, this makes no difference, but in the HD port, if the cage is accessed this way, the Teensie instead opens up a secret room at the end of a suspiciously bare ledge. This had significant implications for the scoring community, particularly because Xenon had long speculated that there was a "missing room" hidden somewhere in that map.
You could do what I do: I have a genuine copy of R3HH, but in order to avoid the annoying disc swap, I use a No-CD Crack. Download it here, it is virus free!Misterfan2000 wrote:I have a problem with Rayman 3 CD's
Rayman 3 is my favorite game in the series (I consider the best game in the Rayman series), so I have it installed on the PC (I have a Windows Vista laptop), but there is a problem: After you get to the 2nd Dr. (Land of the Livid Dead) tells me that I have to insert the CD 3. Then to finish my game, I want to access those first 4 worlds, but they tell me to insert the CD 2
, I introduce it, and I goes to insert the CD 3
HELP!!
that is correct. Same for ROMs and Emulators it goes.emshomar wrote:Since you legally own a copy, why don't you look for a crack? In my opinion cracks should be legal as long as you own a copy!
I just tried this. Couldn't find a way of getting up to the cage without using glitches. When I did get up there and break the cage, nothing special happened.PluMGMK wrote:There's a cage accessible via Throttle-Copter about half-way through the Desert of the Knaaren part 3, and the Teensie (Teensy?) awards a green gem. I don't know, I'm not sure if I remember all the details correctly, but there was definitely something. Maybe I'll go back and have a read through the scores topic.RibShark wrote:I just tried this. That getting-without-throttle-copter thing was just me getting mixed up with the one later on with the Stumblebooms (where you can get a green gem instead of a green can).MandM81 wrote:I have played R3 HD the last few days. I'm mainly interested in how many points can be squeezed out TLOTLD and the same with TDOTK. It turns out one of the main riddles in the old R3, namely the "missing" secret room in DOTK part 3 has been solved in the new version. The secret room is available in the HD version. One way to open it is to activate all Cans in part 3. That means you have to find a way back from the last Cans. It can be done, although it's tricky. Now, head for the cage with the green gem that you can reach with the Throttle Copter. Break the cage. Instead of the usual green gem, a Teensie will open the door at the end of the pathway below, much as in the Tower in TLOTLD part 3. The secret room is revealed behind the Knaaren. Renew the Lockjaw and get the six yellow gems, the four red gems and the two green gems in the secret room in combo. The combo is worth 18.600 points. This opens up a whole new perspective of scoring in R3 HD.
How wonderful that someone actually fell for that joke! Better late than never, I suppose.PluMGMK wrote:I can't believe I spent two years thinking that was real.
