I have to take iron-containing pills because I have anemia. (Yes, two weeks ago they did an analysis of my blood because a dermatologist recommended me a treatment of removing acne from my face)

I have to go put bass strings on my regular guitar.

I need to go spread fake rumours about people.

I have to go waste my time instead of doing something productive.

I have to study too much Chemistry and Maths during Christmas before the day of the exam.

I need to go give out presents that are filled with coal or other such nonsense.

I have to go repeatedly say something that doesn't even make sense.

I have to read carefully what everyone says in a Private Message before I make any mistake.

I have to go waste hours of my time doing something pointless.

I have to go and be mean to everyone around the time of December.

I have to go keep paying attention to something in attempt to try prove that I don't like it.

I have to go give somebody attention even though it's unnecessary.

I have to go and try to embarrass a jolly good person.

The culprit is fairly obvious to me, but I refuse to mention them. I'm not that type of person, I'd never want people to nitpick or talk bad about them, even if they hate me and/or would do that to me.

I may have hit a rough patch last year and been a bit of an asshole (it was honestly a shit couple of years for me), but that's not something that's going to happen again. Honestly, I even feel bad reflecting on some of my posts from last year towards a few people. If anyone hates me, that's ok, as long as they're happy.

I have to go spend all my money on Rayman merch.

I have to go water-skiing with my pet shark.

I have to go eat Mars bars for over 48 hours in the Bog of Murk.

I have to go take a cigarette and smoke it.

I have to go put a smoke in my mouth backwards and light the butt.

I need to go insult and then block someone on Twitter who I don't know and have no interaction with.
