I can already imagine sliding on those music sheets. It would be even more awesome if there were banked curves! (And I think I see a little one in the back)

Nay, those shan't be remade.

Are those the beginnings of a piano?

Also, while you're showing the development of the area as you make more of it in detail, I have a technical question. How did you design that curvy piece of mesh? Was it geometry, a mesh from 3DS Max that was then imported, ...? If it was an external mesh, how did you design it so it would fit in with the rest of the objects so perfectly? If it's geometry, how did you get it to bend and smooth out like that?
It's looking great, by the way.

I have to say I'm a little disappointed. Although there is possibly more Starlight Peak tracks to be made so maybe I spoke too soon. Hopefully one of those track yet to be made will become my third. Also I have a story idea for the Prison Ship revolving (hoping that's the right word) around Luey (I assume that Luey is Razorbeard's lackey from Rayman 2) as well as a few other things that I am planning to put in the book.I thought I'd PM you these for your opinion. However I don't want to force you to read so first I would like you to tell me if you want me to PM them or not.

I have sent you a PM too Rayfan, and still waiting for someone to notice my comment in the previous page (but I'll be patient: many comments are very interesting here^^).
In any case, I can't wait for the next update. Oh yeah, and make the test ROTD thing work again, when I'll comeback from Paris. And I think Rayman 3 will help me with gameplay ideas, depends.!!! And I haven't finished Rayman 1 and 2 as well T_T
I'm like part 20 of the Rayman revenge of the dark soundtrack, and Moskito theme's still my number one favorite^^

Now that everyone's talking about music, I've got a music related question as well:
Are "Delirious Drizzles" and "Suspension of Disbelief / Spirit March" from soundtrack part 27 inspired by the music from Droomvlucht that a Dutch member (don't remember who, but probably Shrooblord

) once sent you? Their beginnings sound a lot like the beginning of this one, which is from Droomvlucht:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HZeloRDx ... plpp_video (The latter one even has the same "space wave"-style sounds)
You said that the Droomvlucht music inspired some of your own tracks, so I thought that they would maybe be these ones.

A little bit OT here, sorry

Because everything she does is irritating. |D Or maybe that's because I hate her..idk
Anyway, she just is far too obsessed with CLASSIC RAYMAN (she doesn't even consider origins canon cus she "DOESN'T LIKE IT ;_____;"), she flamed one of my memes once for being "too random" ("BUT RAYMAN ISN'T KNOWN FOR BEING RANDOM ;_______;") and has this shitload of Mary Sues who all look exactly like each other for each fandom ie basically just ships herself with every vaguely kawaii charecter in the fucking book. And believe me, when you're starting to want Marvin the Martian's babies you know you've gone too far.
Oh yeah, and while I'm really not sure on this i'm pretty sure she hates yaoi/yuri too. I usually wouldn't mind but she's the sort of person who'd call the writer out on it so
Sorry, she just REALLY pisses me off for those various reasons and more, I just think she needs to do some reason growing up
/cue LOL MELLE U HYPOCRITE

It's a spline:
You can give the line a height/width or radius, and it then becomes a 3D line. I created the spline in the general shape of the one from the picture, then smoothed it (making it higher poly), then edited the poly in more detail to have those flops/deformations you see in the original image.

I didn't reply to your post because there was nothing to say in reply. But I'll respond to your PM ASAP.

Ah, the white splined object looks flat enough to be the white keys of a piano trail. And previous images from your Picture City detailed many such pathways, so I naturally assumed...

Ah, of course, splines! And you can create splines out of nothing in CryEngine? You need no help from 3DSMax whatsoever? I should check to see where I can find this tool in UDK (because I'm sure it should have it somewhere, right?).

Nono, sorry, I created the splines in 3ds Max. I lined it up by selecting the objects the spline falls around, then exported them together as an OBJ, and import them into 3ds Max so I have a template.

No, but I will admit, you acting apologetic, be it honest or sarcastic, is starting to get on my nerves a little. Please don't apologise, just don't do that.

Nothing to say in reply? Really? Weird, because I remember asking some questions... Or maybe I'm wrong.

Sorry sorry for that! I meant "I'll try to make the test working". Sorry, I didn't typed that. I was just saying that I couldn't see the progress on that part because it wasn't working anymore.

I guess the Update is delayed.
But i will be waiting for the update. I'm patient.
By the way the pic with the drums/bongo and the things. Looks so good. the texture and lighting. and its still WIP. That's good some damn good rigs/models right there

Thanks Bzz! Those'd just be models, since rigs are used in reference to animated, jointed things with a skeleton like ropes, machinery or characters.
Yeah, it's getting delayed a day or two because my grandfather might be dying. If all goes as planned I'll be able to get the update up by late tonight.

Never thought someone would ever not like someone apologising too much. Just till people on other forum started saying I should stop acting always like I'm bothering someone.

Hmm. I'm sorry to hear that.
Did you miss my question at about one fourth of this page though? I'm very curious about the answer
