Not so much that - more that the idea will require someone's consent (which I now have!). Knowing me it will probably end up way, way too fleshed out in planning so I'm not sure it will be finished by the time I'm done I might have to go minimal... but OH I'M SAYING TOO MUCH

And yeah, I'd like to participate, but got not a lot of time this week, so I think I can't until the weekend - unless you want to drag the contest on for a week more. Seems a little unfair in my eyes.

Not the background, though I originally did draw one - I just couldn't get the Disney painterly quality down with the time I had. But Humchita, yes.
Shame if this doesn't go ahead considering I ended up with pages of supplementary material... but yeah, if I'M busy, just imagine how much everyone else has going on.

Well I have two choices here :
1. I can choose to drag it on just for one person for a tiny contest.
2. I can abandon this month's contest entirely to leave for more room for December's contest.

I would like a contest but if there's only one person taking advantage of the deadline I do not see the point. In other words, if more people would like an extension i'll go with it otherwise no contest and move on.

I completely agree and understand. Let's wait for one or two days then to see if anyone else wants to join in? Would be a shame for Candish's entry though...

The way the poll's run is I present the question "Pick all the themes you'd participate in" and allow people to choose up to all the options in the poll. So you'd figure that because this one got the most votes that people would participate in it but alas.

I think i'll let the day run until I decide to close it off. As for Candish I obviously can't let her get the prize for being the only person but to consolidate i'll let her entry take the HoF spot for this month.

It turns out I've got the rest of the week off save for tomorrow morning 'til noon. I can still submit an entry if you'll let me. If not - 't was a fun theme and I'm sad I forgot about the contest before. : |

Yes, it has, I'm afraid. I often find myself sitting in front of a chose theme I'm not completely for going "I think I'll just sit this one out and enjoy the entries." only to realise there are near to none.
