What the? Now I feel bad.

Welcome to the forum GoombaXx, why don't you present yourself in the introduction topic? :) viewtopic.php?t=1616&start=9140

Thanks for uploading the video by the way, we have been looking for gameplay videos. :) How it feels playing in the Xbox 360 version? Have you tried the PS3 version?

I do not understand people who never try every button before starting to play a game. He could have figured out before there was a button to run.

I also won't try to comment how he tries to avoid the spiked rolling thing in the end.
he's a super bad player
Awh shux, you're too kind :P

Just a tip, use the edit button if you want to post more, double posting is frowned upon here.

I'm not really bothered about 3-D, it's more of a gimmick to me than a feature, Just as long as I can see the game in full HD goodness I'm happy

aha don't feel bad, I was pretty awful at the game (but its not like I suck at 2d platformers or anything, I was just new to this one)

Thanks for the warm welcome and I'll get right on that as soon as I can. I havnt played a lot of Rayman games, but its a series that I've been meaning to get into :P

you're welcome lol. They only had the Xbox 360 version there and after getting more used to the controls it felt really good. The only problem that I had was with the controller itself. It seems that the newer controllers make movement a bit more jolty. like the stick dosnt seem as sensitive, but that might just be me aha. I havnt had the chance to play the PS3 version, but I do prefer the feel of the 360 controller for these types of games :)

lol sorry man, Its been a long while since I've posted on forums. Thanks for the warm welcome! :)

I was actually kinda bothered by the 3d. It kinda distracts me from the game itself because I find myself looking at something stupid like a flower and being like "wow wee, its independent from the background!" and thats where a fraction of the deaths in my Rayman video came from... plus the game footage on the camcorder looks blurry, which is never a good thing :/

I admit I believe that the controlling must feel better in a DualShock 3 than the Xbox 360 controller.

After many opinions and suggestions I've been getting I've decided I'll go for the PS3 version instead the Xbox.

i would like to but i don't have the money and my parents think a ps3 isn't better than a wii so they think it's wasting money... :(

Have you hold both of them in your hands? Now, I'm a kbrd guy*, but while X360's pad was... normal though a little heavier than your usual stuff, Sixaxis had very unusual lower triggers (LR2?) which rotated around axis instead of "just moving" while being pressed. Moreover, the axis was parallel to fingers and above them. Now, this may be a case of using GC and Manta pads, but this unusuality made my fingers slip of the triggers. I have no idea whether this is corrected in DS3 and can you get used to it, but any explanations (even to me) are welcome.

I've holded both controllers, but I like most the ergonomy of the DualShock 3.

Man, I think this is the third time I've gotten to that video from here. :confus: I do think it's a fine review though, but I don't really like how he doesn't seem to respect the opinions of people who prefer Rayman 2.

Which, if you think about it, is kind of funny, since Rayman 2's been ported a numerous amount of times.
