Aww... poor Haruka! I would so stop by round your house to play with you, except it would be quite the road trip for me to perform such deed. ;)
Let's just hope some awesome person can mod the game into having online co-op; it's been done before!

Actually I think one of my friends had it for his GBA, so I'll probably just borrow it. Plus I'm not rly a rom kinda guy, I like playing the actual game :P

Because playing with friends in one room is more fun according to Ancel and me.
I second this... but I still ask why they didn't just put it in anyways. It just alienates some people from the multiplayer experience :/

Maybe multiplayer is a really big hassle to put in - so maybe, if Ancel didn't think it was necesary anyway, they didn't want to bother going through a rough process of making every port of the game online multiplayer compatible. Just guessing here, but that's the most logical reason I can think of, besides budget.

Well, I hope you don't get the wrong idea, as the original version of Rayman 1 has gotten a award for the beautiful music and is also known for being extremely hard. Rayman Advance lacks both of these things, as well as the screen being zoomed in more. I personally like the music though.

Rayman advance is awful compared to the home console versions x_x anyway is still a good game :D The main difference is the awful music and the low quality graphics.

Rayman Advance's screen compression also makes the gameplay even more difficult.

I'll play with all of you as long as someone buys me some tickets. I wanna go to Europe quickly, because being in America seems so tiring after a while.

Rayman Advance is a severely downgraded version of the original game. Most of the gameplay is intact, but the music and graphics are destroyed, and it’s really not the same experience without them. The field of view is also very limited. It’s all-right if you just want to get a general idea of what the game is like – sort of a Reader’s Digest condensed version – but it’s no substitute for the excellent PS1, PC and Saturn versions (which are roughly equal).
