That is not rare at all. I've found it on a lot of local shops for a low price. Even sealed.

I know about them!
an user here owns them but they are very rare, you could get them if you preordered Rayman 3 (in Canada I think) back in the days, they also made a preorder exclusive Rayman 3 beanie.
