Just take a personal exercise program like I did. You'll be buff in no time. You just gotta stick to the rules of it though, which can be hard.

When I used to do Tae Kwon Do, our teacher taught a kicking technique which is apparently useful for disarming someone with a hand held weapon. Yeah, it had a kind of "crescent" motion if that's how you want to put it. Like a sweep sort of thing.
