No, it's... an hat. Dandy owns it if I recall. It's blue and it has the Rayman 3 us logo on it.

Positive. The cover says Rayman Advance and so does the disk.

Doubt it, the disk art is laser printed and the "case" looks very similar to a copy of rayman 2 Ive seen before. (Plastic sleeve with a cover and disk)
