Yes – you will pay because there is no alternative. The developers were wise not to give you the option of a PC version.

If I get the PS3, is there any PS3 user in the forum that will not mind in sharing accounts to add into my friends list?
Mine is Spencer_Xx :)

It looks so well and fine. WRONG! I spend an hour getting the speed and certain bugs fixed. Not to mention that I also had to change the files in order to not get Cave of Skops music in the Dream Forest. :confus: It's still a bit slow on the world map.

I believe flashcards are also ubale to work on the 3DS? I used to use them a long time ago. I always felt a bit guilty.

I have one thing to say, if you guys are willing for a PC version so much then try to increase chances of that happening by buying the games legally now after release in order to Ubisoft profit and having no fear in investing in a PC version. Got it? I'll do it.

Nope. I'm not going to make any "fair" deal with UbiSoft as long as U-(must)-be-Online-(for)-Soft Platform will be used.

You're not serious, are you?! I pirate all the time, mostly because video game sellers in Israel are fucking thieves, and because I can't trust eBay with such a delicate thing (I already lost a lot of money for scammers on eBay.) However, I will buy RO legally. The only games I do buy even though they're so easy to pirate are indie games. Firstly, I have respect for the devs and think they deserve every penny they get. Secondly, because I wanna be a game dev myself someday. Thirdly, because I chat with some indie games devs on the internet every now and then, and they truly deserve the money!
Also, don't bash pirates here, people! This is the the Pirate Community, after all!

But just because the forum is called Rayman Pirate-Community it does not mean we all pirate everything. It is more than clear it is inspired in the enemies of Rayman 2: The Great Escape. (My favourites of the trilogy)

I'll buy RO because I totally support the project, and I am also thinking in the artists that worked hard to make this game look visually beautiful.

*Grabs sword and stabs iambored2006*
No, that's not right! Are you saying that Ubisoft doesn't deserve their money after listening to you and making a real new Rayman game, makes it look beautiful, allows you to enter questions for a Michel Ancel interview, and adds references to Rayman 1 in it!?

Even the Robo-Pirates don't pirate. :pascontent:

And, oh, shit. I thought you said you were going to pirate RO. :boon:

Serious question to some of you: would you really buy RO for PC if it was infected with Online Services Platform?

Yes. Yes. Yes.

I AM A PIRATE TOO! ... A Robo-Pirate that is... well... an infiltrant trying to do my best to be one of the guys... well... a stowaway. In a box. Inside the storage room.

It's lonely in here.

No seriously though, I do not generally pirate things, unless I need it. For example, my Rayman 3 disc broke somehow, resulting in one pitiful file to not be installed over and over again; the disc was actually corrupted. Sadly, it was the very file that controls audio. So, when my dad and me finally got it off the disc using some kind of recovery tool, which pieced together parts of the file that were still functioning with pieces that were completely corrupted by soldering them with empty data, and I played the game for the first time again, I heard the music play; with beeps much like those used to cover up swear words in tv shows occur every other second. It was unbearable - then the actual voice audio was just gone.
So then I decided to grab one off the web, only to grab the audio file in it, to then throw away the rest, as I didn't need it anymore. So there you see; the only reason I would ever really do it is out of necessity. It's a bit rough to have to buy a whole new game just because one pitiful file has been corrupted.
