I've got no qualms on the matter, I'm sure you'll do well, Ribshark.
Seeing as RaySaves has been completely integrated, do you think we should add a tab for it on the portal alongside RayWiki and RayTunes? In addition, we need to add it to the affiliates page either ways as well.

Re: RaySaves - The Rayman Savegame Archive!
I see no reason why a new tab on the portal wouldn't be appropriate.

Sold! I think a good start would be to move the files from Dropbox to our servers.RibShark wrote:I have a quite a lot of time, and I find using web technology like HTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP to be quite enjoyable, so I don't think there would be a problem.
Definitely, I'll take care of this.Master wrote:Seeing as RaySaves has been completely integrated, do you think we should add a tab for it on the portal alongside RayWiki and RayTunes? In addition, we need to add it to the affiliates page either ways as well.

Hmm, don't forget the banner link issue, it needs to direct to the homepage, and not a 404.
Also, should we modify that page to have a link to Pirate-Community? As it stands, the website is pretty isolated.

Re: RaySaves - The Rayman Savegame Archive!
Yeah, once I get access to edit the site I will fix all of that.

Re: RaySaves - The Rayman Savegame Archive!
I fixed the 404 and added RaySaves to the portal tabs and affiliates page. Hopefully Matyuv will have time to make banners for RayWiki and RaySaves as we're still using placeholders in the affiliates page. When we have the banner, I'll add RaySaves to the portal slider too.
RibShark, thanks for proposing your help. I'll send you the credentials shortly.

Just out of curiosity, couldn't we just use the RaySaves website banner here?
Also, sorry to be the voice of constant irritation and nagging, but the affiliates page entry for RayTunes still mentions the program.

Re: RaySaves - The Rayman Savegame Archive!
Well I thought Matyuv could come up with something better than a simple resized RaySaves banner, like something more fit for the format we're using. Let's wait for his reply.
As for the affiliates page, it's fixed now. And please keep the nagging up, it only helps make the community better.

If you insist, there's one final thing I've come across as a bit unsightly, though it's more of a nitpick than anything else:
Re: RaySaves - The Rayman Savegame Archive!
I just had a thought. Would anyone object if I put up some saves for non-PC versions of games (like the Rayman 2 DLC)?

Re: RaySaves - The Rayman Savegame Archive!
Why not? I think it'd be neat to have saves allowing access to those sort of things.

It's one extra place to grab the Dreamcast DLC as far as I'm concerned.

Re: RaySaves - The Rayman Savegame Archive!
I actually think it'd be great if RaySaves did not only provide saves for PC versions of games.
Re: RaySaves - The Rayman Savegame Archive!
That would be great because more people could contribute.
Re: RaySaves - The Rayman Savegame Archive!
I can share my Dreamcast save file that has got the dlcs implemented.
Re: RaySaves - The Rayman Savegame Archive!
Please do and tell me how can I apply them in NullDC?

Re: RaySaves - The Rayman Savegame Archive!
It'd be great to start with the PC version of Rayman 2 though. If I recall correctly though, it's not just one save file but an entire folder. I guess we can just compress it anyway.
Re: RaySaves - The Rayman Savegame Archive!
Could I share my 100% save file of PC R2?
