That's why you put people on your ignore list.
Not because they send some weird stuff about Shrek (they totally have the right to do so), but because when you reply with a simple "nope" showing your disagreement with the thing (what you also havethe right to do), you get in return a very direct answer showing that "gotta agree with that duh, or Imma spam you with nasty emails".
