phpBB is fast to me... and "I" uses Dail-up.


Only thing which will make phpBB slow is the dang images that people puts on...


Images that are big in size take longer on dail-up.

I'm on DSL, which is super-fast compared to to dail-up, and all phpbb forums I've been to are slow.

Well maybe your computer Sucks.

I doubt that, but let's say if it did, would I want to run a forum that'd be slow to me? Don't think so!

Well, because of that mishap, we'll be re-doing other things we'd have to re-think about anyhow... like the rank system. The pictures will be of Mickle Entertainment characters, known and lesser-known.

Aranging them in order is the problem.

But also the phpBB forums can get slown down by its style, depending on the images... Or something... or it is your Browser which is slow...

And we don't want a slow forum. Invisionfree is very fast and it hasn't let us down.

I don't feel that I have the schedule and patience at the moment to run a forum. Volvox does. He's going to be head admin and I'll be there if I feel like being there. He's already started (and almost completed) "Unbelievable Journey" - An RPG forum.

Mainly a Zelda RPG forum, but there's a lot of other places to talk. I just need a style skin and I'm ready to open. After that, I'll make the official rank list and make new buttons and icons.

Well I know I would go ahead and join it and be Active when I can... which hopefuly each day.

Well, since moving to Zelda: Epic Journeys, things may get closer to done. I need a style sheet, though.
