I've never had caviar before, I have only heard that it tastes salty. Would like to try some time though!

All I know about caviar is that the Russian mafiya were inflating the price of it back in 2003 or so – or that's what Frasier and Niles Crane were led to believe at the time anyway!

Hmm nah I'll stick to avocado like the millennial bich I am, or egg, fried tofu or cucumber kthnx.

Haven't had sushi in a very long time, I was never a huge fan but I still like them, though.

I need to try this some day though really, people seem to be surprised when I say I've never had it.

Supermarket sushi still kinda sucks though so I haven't really had sushi since maybe that time I made my own. It's a bit tricky to get the flavour of the rice just about right at home but still worth it.

Yeah... I'm getting slightly better at it, but my rice still tastes a bit bland.

Full into making my own sushi now, oh man, it's so fun, it's so tasty... I'm doing like 6 hour sessions every 3-4 days where I make a giant platter that lasts for a day or two. Gotta keep practicing to clean up the presentation and nail just the right flavours. I'd actually be super down to work as a sushi chef if I keep improving:

I personally never eated Sushi, and i probably will not gonna eat it because i don´t like it so much, that does not mean i am the type of guy that eats McDonald´s or Taco Bell, i like fast food, but i eat them rare times, i prefer eating exclusive foods from my local country (Perú), foods than probably never of you have experienced.

Oooh Ad that looks like you did a really good job; I still suck at rolling and getting the avocado thick enough but then I don't make it often enough.

I finally got to try that vegan "salmon" maki that was in that chain called Wasabi and it was good. For a slab of tapioca it looked the part but since I've never actually eaten salmon at all, even before I went vegetarian, I don't know what it was supposed to be like. But I enjoyed it and that was what mattered.

Vegan salmon? That sounds and looks amazing actually I've got to see if they have it around here to see how it tastes, since it probably lasts way longer in the fridge than fresh salmon.

I ended up trying sushi recently. It's expensive, but it's nice.

The presentation is great indeed! Also, yam tempura sounds like something I'd be very curious to try.

Also aren't yams kinda like sweet potatoes? Maybe you had sweet potato tempura?

I could be wrong but I think sushi could be anything if it has sushi rice? I only know that sashimi is straight raw fish on sushi rice.

I think I mentioned that I have sushi with my partner sometimes. It's expensive, but it's also nice.
