I saw the first post in this thread and was intrigued.
Drolpiraat, it appears that you are attempting to create the same thing which I wish to: a 2D Rayman 2.
I'm interested to see the final product, although I'm not going to cancel my Rayman Advance 2 (heck, I haven't even started it yet).
Looking forward to it.
P.S. What sprites did you use, especially for the guardians (Axel, Umber, Foutch, e.t.c.), and where can I find them?

Have you seen the post date? I'm not working on this anymore, it was a stupid project anyway. I'm now making something original:
ECLIPSE ( there's a small image of it in my sig ).

You can get some sprites for the game in the topic I made a week or so ago called Rayman Sprites (legitimate). I refuse to post them one more time.

I'm working on a game myself, and I'm gonna make some Globox sprites, so I can give them to you if it turns out right.
Just gotta see how it turns out...
