On a serious note do cool it with the amount of memes you post, not trying to be "no fun allowed" but seeing too many in especially serious conversations do get tiring and irritating (@ everyone btw).

I especially liked Imco's idea of "Member of the Week. In fact, it's probably the only thing I can participate in making currently, as I don't currently have the ability to create Icons or banners yet. If more people are interested in that idea, I'd love to make a draft of an interview.

Maybe automatic resizing of large images? I've seen this before and it generally works well, it prevents those IMGs that are so huge they dont fit on the screen, and if you click on them you can zoom in and view them as a slideshow, idk what it's called but it's nice.
