I think now with the addition of Adventures, having again similar game on consoles would be a waste and that it would not sell good, resulting more trouble for franchise. For Rayman, these two options are best for future:
- Official HD remastered remake of Rayman 1 with lots of new additions and maybe expanding story
- 3D Rayman game which supports up to 5 player online and offline co-op (5th player assisting others being Murfy). It should be open-world adventure and like no other Rayman game.
I would defintley like to see a 3d open world rayman game, just exploaring the glade of dreams and maybe some areas from the original game, it would be lovely.
that's all I want.

Multiplayer is fine, but unnecessary given how we already have Origins and Legends. And 4 player RARELY ever works too well with 3d games. So no, I'd rather have a single player focused game.

I usually play games alone anyways so I would prefer a single player experience aswell.
I can't really picture a 4 player 3-d rayman at all in my head. It would get confusing pretty quickly and has a lot of hurdles to jump for it to be successful.

It would be possible but if they were to do it, it'd look something like Nicktoons Unite or Sonic Boom.

Wow, way to name two shitty games for examples.
They can totally pull of a Mario 3D World-esque kind of game. I can totally see that working. Or was 3D World too "unpolished" per say?

3d world was extremely polished. I guess he is saying that they wouldn't be able to pull it off with a good amount of polish.

It wasn't a real "3D" mario entry, thus the novelty of it wore off really fast. Not to say it was bad, I enjoyed it, but if you ask anyone it lacks the charm of Galaxy or any of the other "3d titles."
This would be the same scenario with Rayman. It would come off too "party-ish" for it's own good, and thus the focus of it being about a single player adventure would be stripped away in favor of party-like gameplay. Whether you think that should be the vocal point of a brand new 3D Rayman title is up to you, but I do not agree.

I agree origins and legends kinda lacked that charm which is why most of the people rather the first three games, so I also would prefer a singleplayer based title. though I would like to see a multiplayer mode in some form.

I never did get to play Origins nor Legends with other people, though I do like the games still either way.
I am pretty indifferent on whether I play with someone or not. Usually when I do, they are detrimental by punching or kicking me into undesirable places. But I could see why other people would want it.

Rayman Arena / Rayman M was a 4 player 3D game. I liked it.

So guys, is there anything non-Rayman related you are looking forward to seeing at e3?
I hope Nintendo shows off some cool stuff. Other than that, the general Sony presentation.

I'd like to see more info about yooka laylee, ubisoft's For Honor and Eagle's flight look pretty intersting and other then that a new platformer from Naughty Dog would be great.

A new Naughty Dog platformer sounds excellent right about now.

Yeah was quite fun, but I'd definitely want to see a new 3D game about Rayman. However, we all lost hope, guys, it's UbiSoft. Remember this proverb: "Everything Rayman fans want, UbiSoft is gonna do the opposite."
"Oh you want all guys a 3D game? Let's make 2D games!" (Altho they were excellent)
"Oh you want all guys a new game on Console? Let's make Rayman on mobile!" (Altho they're good aswell, console games are more fun)

Hmm, so if we, the fans, make UbiSoft
think we want 2D mobile games, they'll release us 3D console games?
