Just to keep everyone updated, we are still in the process of reviewing the applications in the light of the answers to our further questions, which is the final stage. We expect to make a decision and announce the results in a few days' time.

Dear members,

I am delighted to announce that we have elected our new moderators.

The method was as follows: ten staff and ex-staff members gave each applicant a score of either -1 (oppose), 0 (neutral) and +1 (support). The scores were summed and converted into an approval rate, and those with the highest percentage made it to the team. Rates ranged between 0% and 100%, and the lowest rate for a successful applicant was 80%.

I must, however, announce the departure of Cairnie, who has been a RayWiki administrator since April 2008, a moderator since August 2008, a global moderator since October 2009, and an administrator since June 2013. Thank you for all the hard work!

Hoodcom will take over as administrator, and Master will replace him as global moderator.

We were once again surprised by the quality of the applications we received, and the choice wasn't easy. PluMGMK, Ambidextroid and Ray502 will be our new moderators.

PluMGMK will also moderate the French forums, while boomboleros7 will become the global moderator there.

A new RayWiki administrator was also chosen, and it will be Carrot-master.

Please join us in congratulating those who were promoted today. We trust that the new team will help our community flourish and become more enjoyable as ever.

We would also like to thank those whose applications were not successful for their interest and invite them to try again on the next recruitment opportunities.

Wow! This really came as a surprise to me. I'm grateful for the staff and ex-staff members who supported my case in becoming a part of this moderator team. I didn't prepare anything like a victory speech, but I do have some things to say.

First of all, sad to see Cairnie go. We all thank you for your work throughout the many years in your different roles.

Second, congrats to Hood for being promoted to an administrator, and Master for becoming a global moderator! I know the both of you will do great in your new jobs!

Third, great to see Plum and Ambi also getting the call to join the team! You two earned it!

Lastly, congrats to Carrot on becoming a RayWiki administrator! Your countless contributions definitely did not go unnoticed!

And for me, all I can say is once again, thank you! I will do my best in helping the forum out and being a good work man for Hunch and the rest of the team!

Thank you to those who supported my enrollment, I feel truly honoured to be apart of the team and I'll be sure to do my best in continuing where the previous moderators took off

I can only echo what Ray has said, congratulations to Ray, Plum, Hood, Master and Carrot for your promotions and great thanks to Cairnie.

Congratulations guys ! My, this is major change, I've somehow got the feeling that the RPC like I used to know is no more with those changes, new staff, new website, it moves on, proof of the fact it is alive but it still feels curious.
I say that but Humch sees everything moving on since 13 years and must really start to feel old so I shouldn't complain too much.

Guys, I feel that I should inform you, now that Master has gained ultimate power since his promotion, don't be surprised if he starts wanting you all to say "All hail Master!" while he dances like Starscream.
When he does start dancing like this, please don't be alarmed, it's only temporary.

There were indeed some very fine applications and decisions were very tough to make. There are some folks who I would love to see try again next time, please don't be discouraged.

Congratulations to Carrot on getting RayWiki adminship. I've been keen on you getting the role ever since you've become so proactive in editing the Wiki and maintaining the front page. I'm very glad to see you get this role, and I've no doubt you'll do it justice.

To Plum, Ambi and Ray502. A very heartfelt congratulations, there's no doubt that there's work to be done, and I hope we can advise you guys to the best of our abilities. I'm happy to help you fellas as a new Global Mod, as no doubt will Boomboleros, who's joined me as the French Global Mod. A fine congratulations to him indeed. Hoody's now an admin, and it'll take some time to get used to that, but he's one of RPC's veterans, and I think this role has been a long time coming.

Cairnie, you've been a familiar and pleasant member that I have had the pleasure to work and RPC with all these years. You will be truly missed, I hope things go well for you moving on in the future.

I know RPC has had its ups and downs, but I do hope that we mods, new and old, can do RPC proud. We've been lucky to host some rather wonderful Rayman events and items over the years, and I hope we can continue to do so moving on, for the community.
