As for Homer's voice, it is the same actor the whole time, he just took a long time to figure out what he was doing with the character. You'll notice that he doesn't really get to his modern voice until Season 2 of the show!

Oh alright! ITs just funny how in every short so far his voice is so different. also he's way less dumb. He's just a dad, its insane how mundane everything is.
