If his plum juice-filled stomach doesn't hold him down...I never saw Globox jump very high...

Remember when he jumps over the wide gaps in the Canopy?

When Rayman frees him, we can see he likes jumping ^^

But he's not too good at it

Nor would I say he jumps that swell.
Probably the biggest differences between the two are: (Spoilers may proceed to the end of this post)
1. The Stone Circle areas...
2. ...giving Ubisoft a chance to add more detail to the story itself.
3. New bosses (Like Grolem 13, as there wasn't a fourth guardian, because the Baby Globoxes give Rayman that mask. In Rayman 2: Revolution, they give him a mask to do the raindance.)

I think the fact that Stone Circles replaced the Hall of Doors was a good thing, but I deplore the errors with Sanctuaries.

What was wrong with them?

They confused and changed their names and mixed them

Afterwards, it displayed their actual name, though before that I couldn't tell where I was going next because they changed the names of the Sanctuaries before proceeding into them.

It is a great game but if you have already played Rayman before, you notice its errors

They are minor, yet very easily noticed.

However, I enjoyed the levels replacing the Hall of Doors.

Those areas did make it a longer game. In those areas, before entering [I forget what it was, possibly the Whale Bay], you also do this mini-game type shooting...thing...Where the pirates planned to ambush Rayman, and you could only strive, shoot, and jump to defeat them all coming down from the top of the screen...I enjoyed that. So those areas do have extra gameplay to them, also...

That's what I meant. They were a nice addition to the game.

The new types of pirates were great too... For instance, the pirates throwing rockets at Rayman, or the zombie pirates
