Checked the language files that include all the text used in the game, and sadly, there is no name for the "world" that the present might open up. :(

They are files found in Rayman Designer that give the characteristics of all dynamic elements (unlike static elements that are edited in the Mapper). An example can be found in the Resistance article on RayWiki. There's one MLT file per world, and it would be awesome to get those from the original Rayman!

@ Hunch: No, but after a quick look at it my guess is that it is located in either VIGNET.DAT or PCMAP\ALLFIX.DAT.
@ spiraldoor: But if it is located on the map and you can go to it, there would be some text for it ( to give it a name ), right? ;)

If I knew in which languages Rayman 1 was coded, it might be worth trying to decompile them.

Maybe its Visual Basic (but i couldn't really belive it). Because the code of the eve.mlt files looks a bit like that.....but i don't know.

EVE.MLT files are totally different, they're external resources.
