The ISP (Internet Service Provider) is the company that gives you access to the internet. Something with them is obviously broken because you can't access anything hosted in Ireland and apparently you can't access this either. My recommendation would be to either tell them the problem or move to someone else.

How can you be so focused on the avatars that you miss such completely different and distinctive signatures? I never attempt to identify people by looking at their avatars, because almost everyone shares their avatar with multiple other members.

If the sig isn't on the screen I can get confused, but I soon figure out who's who once I see it.
