I like any pasta that is fun shapes! Especially shells and bowties. I actually thought shell pasta was actually what happened when you boiled shells from the beach as a kid

Bowties are fun shapes! I only ever see them used on TV for salads, so I thought i'd cook it up like normal pasta when I obtained a box and it worked out pretty alright!

My top 3s would be alfredo, pesto, and mac and cheese. Yums!

I love pesto, just I prefer the other 3. I also had salmon, scampi and macaroni for dinner, all with herbs on!

Carbonara. I make a mean one! If we're talking actual forms of pasta, then pappardelle, or tagliatelle, are the superior choices. And carbonara made with pappardelle... Molto bene!
