Because it is different. Suppose that some Transnistrian guy wanders around "Favourite drinks" topic and it turns out he drunk only water, milk and kvass - so to avoid more posts about "where the !@#$ does he live", he immediately mentions he lives in Transnistria so it's not that weird.

To be honest I don't know what kind of drinks are available in Transnistria. Still just mentioning pre-Winter out of sudden would just leave you all confused again.

here are some reasons why it sucks:
-it's cold
-it's slippery
-it's scary (see my post from a few pages back)
-it can hurt you (slipping over it or getting a snowball in your face)
-it's annoying (snowball fight)

There is no school in Spain if is snowing and no reason, I like the snow, no more.

You lucky. Here we would need a snowstorm. Yes, define snowstorm.

We almost never see those snowstorm here.

Yo Billycoen, if you want to design a game you need to learn to love all kinds of weather, especially the snow.

Where I am we don't even get real snow, so winter is basically nothing but frigid and uncomfortable temperatures. And Christmas.

For me, it would be autumn, the scenery is beautiful, it isn't too hot, and it isn't too cold either. my only problem with autumn is that it leads onto winter, my least favourite season. I can't stand freezing weather, even when I'm wearing warm clothes, and the snw, oh, don't get me started on snow! I hate the stuff, sure, I'll admit it looks nice, but in my oppinion it's the stuff of evil, particulary when it freezes and get's slippery , causing you too break bones every 5 minutes.

my favorite season of the year is autumn. don't ask why, but i love the trees
