According to Wiktionary, "bodacious" can mean "attractive" or "sexy". So it's pretty clear what he's saying: "the nymphs are really sexy and fun to be around, but no good in the kitchen" – it's pretty easy to see why this was cut

Tbh I find it troubling that you're excluding her from the poll because you find her ugly. This is supposed to be a poll about people's favourite members of the Fairy Council. People can have other reasons for liking fairies than their looks. Saying that her unattractiveness diminishes her worth as a fairy is a bit unfair, isn't it?

I personally find Tily a tiny bit attractive, but I can see why she gets hate tbh. Her theme in M is good tho
