I mean yes but that takes away from the fun gimmick of having different colours. It's literally just the bright green/pink set she has really bad trouble with, everything else is fine and it'd be nice if they could just turn off that one.Hoodcom wrote: Fri Aug 16, 2024 11:44 pmHas she tried the color lock options in Splatoon to help aid in this?Serza5 wrote: Fri Aug 16, 2024 11:42 pm I've played through a bunch of Splat 3 with my girlfriend including the dlc. Re: The reunion thread
We should actually play Splatoon 3 sometime! I don't play it actively because sometimes I get upset with myself in that game, however I do try to play it with more of my friends since it is fun still. I don't think we really played Serza, so would be cool sometime.Serza5 wrote: Fri Aug 16, 2024 11:42 pmI've played through a bunch of Splat 3 with my girlfriend including the dlc. Yeah I get burnt out with Destiny 2 at times as well. My friend just convinced me to play The Final Shape and you know what? It was actually good. So I also suggest to you to give it a try because it's actually pretty nice, and the new weapons are all pretty good.Master wrote: Fri Aug 16, 2024 11:42 pmYeah tbf, Destiny 2 is at its best when it's being played in a group. Usually I burn out when I don't really have my group to play with. We did a lot of VoG runs back in the day though.

Ah yes, one of the latest things Neo has been occupied with was Mafia and ignoring his friends. However, when he dies in Mafia, he comes back, most of the time. They haven't taken him out officially yet, otherwise he wouldn't be posting on Record Day as we speak.

Yeah I have been enjoying the Final Shape campaign, sadly I'm a Titan main and I've not been having the best time with loadouts and the campaignneo wrote: Fri Aug 16, 2024 11:47 pmYeah I get burnt out with Destiny 2 at times as well. Granted it might just be because of how I like to play the game, I love being a Thundercrash titan xD
Re: The reunion thread
Damn that's actually pretty nice. As long as you are happy and comfortable with where you are, all that matters. I think I would also be fine with just working at a large company.Hunchman801 wrote: Fri Aug 16, 2024 11:40 pmYeah, been working for something like 13 years now, did a bunch of start-ups at first, including one I co-founded, but for the fast 4 years I've enjoyed the advantages of working for a large software company. Don't get me wrong, I loved start-ups, but I don't regret the change either.

Alright, time to re-enlist the old moderator team. Serza, Master, and myself.
We are ready!
We are ready!
Re: The reunion thread
Merci for inviting me, Hunch, I appreciate it a lot!
I'm doing great! Just got my master's degree, released two albums of my music, and I work mostly as a musician, tutor and translator, whatever's necessary. Fuck, I'm even an organist - not a believer, though!

Whoa, that's awesome! I'm glad to hear that! I'll have to check out your albums sometime, what genre do you typically go for?Rulez wrote: Sat Aug 17, 2024 12:07 am I'm doing great! What kind of tutoring do you offer specifically?
Whaa? Now come on Master, you know very well that neither you or myself are that responsible.Master wrote: Sat Aug 17, 2024 12:08 am @Reese, Fuck that noise, I'm content being a lowly nobody xD

Re: The reunion thread
Holy moly now these are some names!
Re: The reunion thread
Thank you, brother! My solo album's sort of brooding progressive rock, and the other project is kind of alternative metal, or is it hard rock? There's definitely some Rayman 2, M & 3 soundtrack inspirations here and there!Hoodcom wrote: Sat Aug 17, 2024 12:12 amWhoa, that's awesome! I'm glad to hear that! As for tutoring, let's see... drums & percussion, guitar, ukulele, piano, English, German, maths and music theory... gotta make a living, you know!
Indeed, entering a church does not set me on fire, but if my "boss" read even only just one randomly selected RPC post of mine from 10 years ago, I'd be on a fucking Teensie Highway to Hell before you know itHunchman801 wrote: Sat Aug 17, 2024 12:13 amSo as you don't catch fire when entering a church, I'm happy for you.![]()

Alright, I changed my mind, we'll be re-enlisted soon! I asked Hunchman kindly.
