I believe this takes care of it:

But where can you find that? I searched in my user control panel but I couldn't find it.

I wonder how you knew this, I never would have guessed that! :)
I've seen the bump button a couple times, even in a few topics when I'm not the last poster. I've only really bumped this way a couple times.

I did use to mess around with a phpBB install back then :)

It's an annoying feature though, since it changes the date on the last post, and the note explaining that it's been bumped disappears once someone else posts.

Yeah even a double post for a bump (assuming it's been a while) is less confusing than changing the date of the post to be honest.

Well, I've spoken with Humch, and he has disabled the feature. :)

I guess that's for the best anyway. Nobody aside from me and Birds (and maybe some others) ever used it tbh.

Anyway I never did post my first post, so this is my first post and this is also my 20,000th post since I love this community and playing Rayman so much :hap:
Steo wrote: Sun Feb 25, 2018 4:09 pm I know this thread is a year old. I used to love the first Rayman game as a kid on PS1. I went years without playing any other Rayman games thinking it won't be the same new ones never are. I played origins only 2 months ago and I loved it so much that I got every achievement for it on XBOX 360 then bought it for PS3 and Vita. Then got legends and loved that so bought that on every console too. I dug through my PS2 games and found Rayman 3 so played it and completed it and liked that one too. Now I go take out my Dreamcast and fire up Rayman 2 since I've never played it and it's great so far. I seen the PS1 version of it looks absolutely awful compared to the Dreamcast and runs at half the framerate then found out revolution is the same game so thought great I've to try that out.

It runs absolutely awful. I'm in a PAL area (Ireland) and it's 25fps and less (it actually drops from 25fps).

It looks very colourful and vibrant compared to the dreamcast version and the PlayStation versions speak English instead of Raymanian but that's about it. The Dreamcast version is way better at 60fps. I think it was just a lazy PS2 port seeing as Rayman 3 runs a lot better. Still gets drops but it's way way better.

You can see here that the PS2 copy (top) has brighter colours than the Dreamcast one (bottom). That's about it but it runs so much better on Dreamcast and only drops from 60fps when there's smoke being rendered for like 1 second or so. I missed out for years but I'm catching back up and playing every one of the Rayman games now to make up for it. The whole series seems brilliant.

I think this might be an interesting topic to revive for record day. :bad:

I've already posted my first, but maybe I can showcase how arrogant and patronizing I was back in my first week around here:

That looks very like the BP Helios. Maybe you should change it.
Oh Lord, how disagreeable of me. :oops2:

I guess some of my posts from my first few months might make me cringe. :P

Not very nice indeed!

As for me... I'm not even sure which example of broken English to pick from my sixteen year-old posts.

Some of my nonsense from age 26 isn't any better than a 16 year old still having better English than my French. :P

That was way back in 2003, I did see a few of them, but that was a very long time ago. I still don't think I'd do any better at posting in French that last time.

Oh well, all it takes is a bit of practice!

In my case it's probably more than a bit.

I'm sure sixteen years of practice will be more than enough!
