I still prefer the original design of the Rabbids. They looked like nasty little monsters; much better enemies for a game than the smooth, cutesy, plastic-looking ones we ended up with. Here’s a link if anyone needs a reminder:

I still think they should have kept the 'Rabbids invade and bring a large laser-shooting megarabbit with them' idea. But that's not what they did - let bygones be bygones I suppose.

Did I not post here before? Anyway,
R1 (DSi): Toothed Fish - he jumps out of the non-translucent water and made me jump a lot (and killed Rayman in the process). It's hard to hate a character from a game so great, but as I'm going to pick one from every game, I might as well pick the one that killed me most.
R2 (PC): It's hard to pick one from the game I probably love most in the world, but I guess it'll be the baby Chenilles. They're the only ones that even come close to slightly annoying me in that game, but really, I like all things from R2.
R3 (PC): Honestly, Bégoniax isn't one of my favourites. She reminds me more of humans than anyone else in the Rayniverse does and frankly I don't feel she fits in. I know it's kinda hypocritical to call her human and not Ly, but I just feel that way.
RRR (?): Can't say - never played, but I don't like the Rabbids as something from the Rayman franchise, though I like them as characters.
RO (Xbox360): I'd say maybe the tentacles from the Land of the Livid Dead? I don't know - not one single thing is quite frustrating in this game, except how all things work together to give you a tough time.

I guess that's all I have to say.

I think they changed the character design of the Rabbids as the characters slowly became more zany as the development process of the game went on (and the game became a naff party game thing).

Even though I don't even like Rabbids, I think I prefer their final designs without the fur texturing and stuff. It matches their cartoony nature more, and Rayman games aren't really supposed to have epic, realistic looking creepy enemies anyway (this is just my opinion here, so feel free to ignore etc.), but surreal, cartoony, Rayman stuff (the enemies from Rayman 1, Origins and Rabbids GBA being perfect examples of what I mean here )

The prototype Rabbids still look cartoonish and surreal.

The old Rabbids were awesome. I hope one day there will be a similar kind of enemy.

Yes, but less so. I also have this thing against realistic fur texture on cartoon characters for some reason. It annoys me when they do it with Sonic models

...by which I mean completely new enemies who also attack in large numbers, act somewhat like zombies, use big laser towers and spread like a virus, not "more Rabbids"! I wouldn't want them to constantly go 'DAAAAAAAAH' or throw plungers at you either.

Nasty designs...just..bah! haha yeah ugly indeed. I liked them in the first and 2nd Rabbids before.

They somehow fitted in the dark atmosphere that Rayman 4 was about to have but to be honest, I way prefer the current model of the Rabbids. Tastes are tastes.

Those goddamn stupid Moths in Band Land. They're stupid hard to beat and move really fast and...

The Speed Fist and the Power Fist are your friends against the grasshoppers.

I hate the bouncing eyes (in R2), Henchman 1000, Razorwife, Hoodstormer, Razoff and the robots in Moody Clouds.

Most of Rayman Arena's characters.

They still look retarded.

Every single frustrating, annoying boss of Rayman 1 (except the mosquitoes), every single frustrating, annoying boss from Hoodlums' Revenge, every single frustrating, annoying boss from RRR (gba)...

...and MURFY. God, he's so annoying - especially in Origins, where you're desperately trying to get past a level and he constantly pops up on the screen to say something stupid about leaving the level! That's so frustrating!

Frustrating bosses? Hmm, I did die a few times going toe-to-toe with the likes of Sax, Stone and Space Mama, but I did rather enjoy the boss fights.
