How do you get to the last part of the game, anyway? I've been clicking around and have only been able to access the activity sets beginning with the cakes and and the planet hide and seek...

You have to wait for the holy water effects to wear off before you can access it.

Did you meant third level or the final extra level? Each time when i finish the third level of each game, the extra level just comes automatically. But if you meant the third level, you can change levels from the three flowers in the bottom of the screen.
