huh, then why does jpg format on a pic I made so crappy? When I made it in PSP it was perfectly clear, I wonder what went wrong.

Paint dramatically drains the quality of JPG's. ^_^ I use Photoshop.

The story.
A member was saying rumours that another member had been saying bad stuff about them, being an admin there I did the right thing and looked into it and I couln't see anything wrong so all I did was give that member a *text* warning just to tell him not too do it again.
Isn't that the right thing to do TK?
