We haven't had rain in England for about 3 weeks (at least where I am, anyway)

Personally, I've never known such a long respite from the rain. It's all good though

Cloudy and foggy... and sometimes a little bit more misty, like stagnant rain that gathers onto your coat when you cross the street.

I, for a Geography exercise, wrote:There were showers coming up from the south this afternoon. Average temperatures tonight were 10C and will be 14C tomorrow. There is currently a depression at 946 millibars here. There will be some respite from the bad weather on Friday. There were "Streets of Cloud" from the south. If you're under one, the weather is bad, but it's fine between them.

My Geography teacher got us to summarize the weather forecast tonight and that's what I wrote.
