According to some codenames in the upper left corner, it's "duck" Rayman. Still freaking weird O_o Looks like the plot's gonna take a weird direction at some point.

Well, you know it now, bronies: Scootaloo is a chicken, Rayman is a duck.

BTW, just noticed that the sport played in RL is called "Kung Foot"

Well, it's not like we haven't seen Rayman turn into something silly before. It'll be interesting to see what purpose duck Rayman serves.

I bet he turned into a duck for a similar reason. It's medieval... there must be witches or wizards, I guess.

Just giving a guess, maybe just maybe...it's one of the Murphy levels where you have to escort the AI character (in this case Rayman) who has been turned to a chicken/duck by a wizard's magic. That's what I'm just thinking on that, I could be wrong.

Sadly, for Ubisoft, Michel doesn't seem to be as important as Miyamoto is for Nintendo. He just seems to be one member of the crowd... just a leader of a second party/pseudo-indie company.

Yep, as with my notions and with that former Dev. Team member's remarks, this industry is about making money, not true masterpieces of interactive works that can be considered an art form. Let's face it, without Miyamoto, Nintendo is nothing, they probally would not exist today if it wasn't for him, he shaped the video game industry in a rapid way. And I thank him for that, though he has made mistakes (Starfox Adventures anyone?). With Ubisoft, despite the fact that Michel Ancel got the company off its feet with the original Rayman, and made their name widely known with R2, the company has evolved to far more than just two studios in Paris and Montipeller. Ubisoft has several development teams and licenses nowadays, they have other sources of money, besides Montipeller. Whereas Nintendo relied on Miyamoto for income, Ubisoft relies on their multiple teams for income. An example would be their reluctance to greenlight BG&E 2 at first, and their incessantness to port all games to every possible platform available, not that availability is a bad thing, it's just case and point. Honestly, the delay of RL could be very likened to how Zelda: Twilight Princess was delayed to solely port it to the Wii, but new content was then also added.

Nice Hamlet reference, what is Yves thinking, Michel is just trying to bring Shakespearian culture to E3, SHEESH! Seriously though, I think that this online challenge mode is absolutely brilliant. Michel Ancel and the Montipeller team shine through again, now we just need them to make a new 3D Rayman game and BG&E 2 to show their full light. And sure, as wonderful as online co-op would be, personally I prefer just having a couple of buddies surrounding me and playing co-op, online play will never deliver the rich experience that having a good group of people in the same room. Now if it had online co-op with video-chat or voice communication, that would be a different story.

This is great news for all Wii U owners. It'll probably hold the hungry fans busy for a while until we get the full thing. Haven't got myself a Wii U yet. But now when there's still a couple of months left, I have the time to save up to it, and then enjoy the full experience of Rayman Legends when it comes out.

Also I realised that this article: http://www.negativeworld.org/topten/933 ... SOALvIqRzN was written by Matt Taranto of Brawl in the Family, could've guessed by the doodles. :P

Thanks for linking to my walkthrough, but god damn I fucking sucked at it back then, I was going to record a Rayman 3 100% walkthrough to make up for the crappiness that was that walkthrough I recorded, but gladly enough Haruka has got it all covered.

The complete Challenge Mode of the game will be available exclusively on Wii U eShop for free in April :
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SuH-xh5EGSA

There will not be any game limit. :)

And during the few month, Ubi Montpellier will add some content (new levels, news bosses etc...) in the game.

Ah, just got back.
Well, I guess Michel and Montpellier are trying to compensate for the mess their superiors have made, out of curiosity, has this lightened the mood in the Wii U RL community? Or are they still ticked?

Okay so they went from the Bubble Dreamer being simply hippy-like and crazed because the Electoons were amuck to being a snoozy dopey stoner guy.
Meh - I can live with that.

And you know what... Barabarabra isn't half bad. She fits into the Rayman universe just as well as Betina does.

Well, as long as Bubble Dreamer sits like that for the whole adventure I'm fine with it. Just give him an actual role this time. Barbara does fit quite well in the Rayman universe, but I think she should still be an inhabitant of the paintings and not of the Glade.
