I've heard that we actually renember everything we hear, but we can't get to every memory, is it true ?

Well, I don't know about that, but I do know this:
We remember 10% of what we hear, we remember 20% of what we read, we remember 30% of what we see, we remember 40% of what we say, and 50% of what we do.
