Maybe because Vita is portable console, I never used a Vita or any playsations other than Playstation 1, so I'm just saying this out of what I know with what I used.

On Emulators. You need to get the right BIOS and set your keyboard and get the game you want ( that takes like 4 hours to download for me ). I got a powerful laptop for this but it lags a bit, if you can't play games right on your computer you wont be able to play with the PS2/game-cube/xbox emulators since they are pretty powerful.

Though, there is no PS3, 3DS,Xbox 360 Emulators as far as I know.

You said you are hacker but you did not hear of Emulators? Emulators exist for very long time. Even in DOS Era

No its only on PC, there is NO 360 emulators.
You can search for them on google, mind you its a lot of downloads I would search up a bit about it first since you seem to not know anything about them. Also there is many kind of emulators, try to find one that fits best for you PC.

So I'm playing AC3 and then there was two announcer guy at the same place saying things at the same time but they aren't saying the same thing so its hard to even hear what they are saying oh my god.

Rayman Origins on PC

So I picked up Xcom: Enemy Unknown during the Weekend Sale on Steam.

The game is good, but I can see already the game might get a little repetitive after some time, it's not like the games you can play marathon, well at least, I can't. Because after some missions, you feel you have done the same, just different maps, but then again it's pretty enjoyable to get better and different results, as you will improve your tactics.

And one thing, if you get Xcom: Enemy Unknown , go to options and put on Auto-Save, its not on by default, I learned this the hard way.

Finished a "Sonic & Tails" All-Emerald playthrough of Sonic 3 & Knuckles during my 3 hour college break, and continued on a bit in Rayman Origins for the PC during the same break.
And of course, usual playing of the Rayman Legends Online Challenges.

Currently GTA V.

Deathmatch. There seems to be no average player in this community. Either they walk into walls and kill themselves or they know all the secret passages to an uncommon map and mass snipe everyone.
