I think the audio recording can work as a proof, but isn't possible also to the police contacting the correspondent phone operator to listen the "calls"? Unless it is not applied in this case. Good luck, Rayfan. I hope that guy gets screwed up.

Snow is stopping here, but the ice is lingering, roads are more or less clear, footpaths and pavements, not so much.
