You seem like a nice guy as well

The reason why you don't know me is because I joined a few years before you joined. Wow, time pass so fast. It scares me

Sadly, it does. It would be great to go back to 90's

Heck yeah, just think of all the classic boxed PC games and console games we could just buy if we had a time machine.

Man, I love big boxes. I wish I had more space to keep them though

I don't have the space for it but I keep collecting them, haha. Especially the MS-DOS classics. I really do wish we still had big boxed PC games, today. Back then they usually included a bunch of cool things. Maps for some games.

LOL, how does your house look like then?

Well, I have some game boxes stacked on top of some speakers, at the moment. The games that are on optical disc, anyway.

I would tell myself to be more cautious when handling CDs. My original Rayman 2 disc somehow is still alive despite of the surface scratches.

There's a lot of CDs that have died due to the negligence I had as a child, I'm far more careful now. But I can't help but regret that I wasn't careful as a kid.

I was very careful always ever since I was told to be

I have that same regret, when it comes to PS1 games I had.

Mine too. The exact same story. Disc scratched up, and it still works.
A tip:
NEVER place a disc label side
down! Peeling off the label also peels off the pits and bumps (yeah, that’s how data is stored on a disc).

Nor put tape on the label... some discs, regular scotch tape could peal that crap right off. Had it happen to an audio CD.

It happened to you? Really annoying.
Another one: Don’t write on a disc with a ballpoint pen!

Yeah, I didn't think tape could easily rip the top coating off so easily, at least... for the disc I had. It could have been cheaply made too, so it's hard telling.
Live and learn.

Another warning:

Why are you repeating that warning?

Because you didn’t respond to it before. If you use a ballpoint pen on a CD, you’ll destroy it. A CD I had got destroyed because I was writing on it with a ballpoint pen. It was unreadable, and I had to create a new CD.

I didn't think I needed to, but I did read it.
Just because I don't respond to it, doesn't mean I ignored it.

Oh, sorry, I didn’t know that you read it.
