This question could have been made in the emulation thread. It isn't better to merge this topic to the one I've refered?
Thanks for the Saturn link!emshomar wrote:My bad, I picked the wrong link.Fifo wrote:BTW Saturn games cannot be played on a PS1.

Do you have a modchip soldered in your PS2?emshomar wrote:I only had the SNES then the controller broke and the PS2 came next. It was like a huge jump to something simply better. I really enjoyed the EyeToy until I lost it but I found it again some days ago. The game disc itself wasn't found yet but at least I can download an ISO of the games and burn them on DVD.Fifo wrote:I had a PS1 when I was a kid and I had Rayman 2 for it.
Why did you destroy the discs!? BTW I've got Rayman 1 running on my Mac by using your Mega patch.emshomar wrote:Great, I destroyed 2 Rayman 1 discs for PS1 and 3 Rayman 1 discs PC. One of that worthless Platinum resale and a rare gray PS1 discs. For the PC versions I destroeyed one original yellow disc and 2 worthless Gold Games resale.Fifo wrote:Found the original Rayman 1 disc for a PS1!
My very first one, no.Fifo wrote:Do you have a modchip soldered in your PS2?
Because I was very young (~3-4 years old) and I literally didn't destroyed them but because of my bad treating it got too scratched to be read fine ----> trash.Fifo wrote:Why did you destroy the discs!? BTW I've got Rayman 1 running on my Mac by using your Mega patch.
Ok.emshomar wrote:My very first one, no.Fifo wrote:Do you have a modchip soldered in your PS2?
My second one from Iran, yes. All PS2 there are sold with the modchip already installed.

You've made a mistake: "refered". It should be "referred".Haruka wrote:This question could have been made in the emulation thread. Isn't it better to merge this topic to the one I've referred?

Also: "It isn't better...". It should be "Isn't it better..."
All the corrections are in the quoted text.

Correction grammar at times is ok and I appreciate if someone corrects me, however Fifo's correction was hypocritical because just like Haruka said, he himself double posted and said just "Ok" couple of times. Plus grammar correction is not something newbies should be doing in my opinion.Master wrote:Hm, I can be a bit of a Grammar Nazi meself at times, depending on how severe the error is, though I try not to be petty about it, and give conversation as opposed to just mere corrections.
Still, I do find it funny when wannabes try to correct others, yet their own spelling is hilariously wrong, cringeworthy, yet hilarious.
Not wanting to sound rude, but are you being honest?Fifo wrote:Oh no, this thread is beginning to get big.
I won’t try to say "OK" more.Haruka wrote:Not wanting to sound rude, but are you being honest?Fifo wrote:Oh no, this thread is beginning to get big.
To clarify, while I don't mind people correcting me in the spelling, I found kinda innoportunate knowing that you created first a post to say "OK" and "OK" and right after you decide to create other followed post (double post) just because you remembered to fix my spelling. It feels awkward. Just that.
