I think it's because it has been changed for a while, but then Xenon told him it was too big, and he changed back to his old sig.

It was made in Powerpoint! I just put it together in Paint. Oh, and it's cooler than yours, so yours get a 2/10.

Well, Powerpoint (although being better than Paint) is also a piece of crap. You can hardly do anything.

For mine, the background is so much nicer, but I need to work on the other effects, like making the text look cool. Mine is pretty bad for a good program, but it's certainly better than your's. ^____^
