I think it is 75 lums. I haven't played R2 for a while so I am not 100% sure.

75 was Accumulation 1 I believe, but I didn't know there are two accumulation updates.

Accumulation 2 makes it explode, and also makes it more powerful i think.
As for your answers....i might have to double check but i'm quite sure it's more.

Maybe you're thinking of Rate of Fire? I thought Accumulation 2 costed venesty Lums.

First you see Andre's Hoodlum, after you beat him, Andre comes out and tells you this crap then runs away like a fucking pussy, then you get the vortex suit and then you see a Slapdash.

By the way though, according to my version they're called Hoodmonger Privates. Why does everyone else call them hoodblasters?
